Linear Park was the location for the 2022 Great British Spring Clean event hosted by Friends of Spondon Parks! 34 bags of rubbish were collected! Thanks to all the volunteers that helped out on the day!

Dog poop bag dispenser have been installed on Dale Road Park and Brunswood Park. 8 dispensers have been added to the parks as a trial to see how they help reduce dog mess across the parks. These are a first for the city and will be park of a ‘Responsible Dog Ownership’ campaign starting in the village soon!
